I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Psychology from Adler Graduate Professional School. My approach integrates psychodynamic, somatic, and attachment-based therapies to help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and relationship challenges.
I believe that healing begins with safety and curiosity. Together, we’ll explore both past experiences and present struggles, working toward greater emotional regulation, self-compassion, and authentic connection.
